Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before installing or using Fruit Logix.
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Fruit Logix mobile application and related services. By installing or using Fruit Logix, you agree to this Agreement.
Fruit Logix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for its intended purposes, subject to this Agreement.
Fruit Logix allows farmers to list and sell agricultural produce and enables buyers to discover and purchase crops. The application acts as an intermediary platform connecting farmers and buyers.
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
Users must provide genuine information, comply with applicable laws, and use the application for lawful purposes. Farmers are responsible for their crop listings, while buyers are responsible for their orders and payments.
All rights relating to the Fruit Logix application, including its software, logo, design, and branding, belong to Fruit Logix or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without authorization.
Fruit Logix may integrate third-party services for payments, delivery, maps, or other functionality. The use of such services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Users must not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, reverse-engineer the application, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Fruit Logix may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws. You may stop using the application at any time.
The application is provided on an “as available” basis. Fruit Logix does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the availability of listed crops.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fruit Logix shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the application. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Fruit Logix may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will be published in the application, along with the revised effective date.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable legal protections and jurisdictional requirements.
